Layout for US-English keyboard

Install instructions  (XP, 2000 and Vista):

• Doawnload this file. The file is a ZIP with an istaller and a DLL file
• Double click the installer (*.msi)
• Ready! The keyboard is installed.
  It is possible to uninstall the layout.

Configuration Instructions:

• Go to the Control Panel
• Enter Regional Settings panel
• In the Language section (for the keyboard) add: English (United States) and the layout US-International +Esperanto
• Configuration Ready.

Notue If you don't have the key AltGr use at the same time the left control and the left alt.

Typing instructions:

• Circumflex accented letters ĉ: type the circumflex ^ (shift-6 ) and later the key for the letter. For capitals Ĉ: type he circumflex ^ (shift-6 ) and later Shift-letter. Works with: ĉĝĥĵŝ âêîôû ĈĜĤĴŜ ÂÊÎÔÛ. To type the circumflex alone, type ^ (shift-6 ) and then press the space bar.
• Short accented letters ŭ: type ~ (shift-` ) and then the letter. For capitals Ŭ: type the ~ (shift-` ) and then Shift-letter. Works with:  ŭ Ŭ. To type the ~ alone, type ~ (shift-` ) and later the space bar.
• High-accented letters á: type the apostrophe ' and then the letter. For capitals Á: type the apostrophe ' and then Shift-letter. Works with: áéíóú ÁÉÍÓÚ. To type the apostrophe alone, type ' then the space bar.
• Diereses accented letters ü: type quotation mark " (Shift-' ) later the letter. For capitals Ü: type the quotation marks " (Shift-' ) and then Shift-letter. Works with: äëïüÿ ÄËÏÖÜ. To type the quotation mark alone, type " (Shift-' ) and the press the space bar.
• Low-accented letters à: type the low-accent ` and then the letter. For capitals À: type the accent ` then Shift-letter. Works with: àèìòù ÀÈÌÒÙ. To type the accent alone, type ` and then space bar.

Examples:

• Ĉevalo: shift-6 shift-c e v a l o
• Manĝi: shift-m a n shift-6 g i
• Ankaŭ: shift-a n k a shift-` u
